1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a store or placing an order on StoreLink, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

2. What StoreLink is (and isn't)

StoreLink provides the software that lets sellers list products, accept payment, and fulfil orders. Sellers are independent merchants responsible for their own products, pricing, descriptions, and customer service. [TEMPLATE: clarify the exact legal relationship — is StoreLink a payment facilitator, a marketplace operator, or purely a software provider? This materially changes liability and required disclosures in most jurisdictions.]

3. Seller obligations

Accurately describe products and honor stated prices, shipping times, and return policies.
Comply with all laws applicable to what you sell and where you ship (product safety, labeling, export/import restrictions, age-restricted goods, etc.).
Provide accurate information for identity verification (KYC) when required for payouts.
Set tax/VAT rates accurately for the jurisdictions you're obligated to collect in — StoreLink's tax tool calculates what you configure; it doesn't determine your tax obligations for you.

4. Buyer terms

Purchases are contracts between the buyer and the individual seller, not StoreLink. Refunds, returns, and order disputes are handled per each seller's stated policy, [TEMPLATE: unless/until StoreLink offers its own buyer-protection program — describe if one exists].

5. Payments & payouts

Payments may be processed through StoreLink's own payment partner or a seller's own connected payment gateway account, depending on the seller's configuration. Payouts to sellers are subject to identity verification requirements described in our KYC policy for certain amounts or payout methods (see Settings → Verification).

6. Fees
