Cookie Policy

Last updated: 18 September 2026 · Effective: 18 September 2026

1. What this covers

This describes the cookies and similar local-storage technology used across storel.ink — the landing page, the StoreLink Marketplace, individual merchant storefronts, and the merchant dashboard. Our current implementation primarily uses browser local storage rather than traditional server-set cookies for the items below — functionally similar from a privacy standpoint, so we've listed them together here for clarity.

2. What we use

We don't currently use any analytics or advertising cookies or trackers, and we don't share this data with ad networks. If that ever changes, we'll update this table first and, for anything that isn't strictly necessary, ask for your consent before it's set.

3. How consent works

If we detect you're visiting from a country covered by GDPR-style cookie rules, you'll see a banner on your first visit asking you to accept before non-essential items (like remembering your currency preference) are set. Everyone else can still review this page and manage cookies at any time via their browser — the banner just isn't shown to you automatically, since none of what's listed above involves advertising or cross-site tracking. Signing in to a merchant or customer account inherently requires the "strictly necessary" items above to work — there's no way to use those features without them.

4. Your choices

Strictly-necessary items — the ones that keep your cart contents or your sign-in session working — can't be turned off individually without breaking that functionality; clearing them just signs you out or empties your cart. Everything else, you're free to clear at any time through your browser's settings (usually under "Site data" or "Local storage" for this site), or by using your browser's private/incognito mode.

5. Changes to this policy

If we add a new cookie or local storage item, especially anything used for analytics or advertising, we'll update this page and the table above, and — where required — show the consent banner again so you can make an informed choice.
